Ingredients of Dhokla cupcake

  1. It's 1 cup of besan.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoons of Coriander leaves.
  4. It's 2 tsp of icing sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  6. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1 tablespoons of oil.
  8. It's 1 cup of water.

  3. Pour batter into cups, microwave for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
  4. Dhokla cupcakes are ready,for tadka heat the oil in small pan add sesame seeds,Curry leaves,Cumin seeds,Mustard seeds.
  5. Add this tadka on cupcakes,garnished it with pudina chutney,coriander leaves,and naylon sev.
