- Measure ingredients and sieve flour.
- Cream 150g flour with the margarine till fluffy.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add baking powder to the 100g flour.
- Add flour and baking powder mixture and egg mixture alternaterly to the creamed mixture as you mix till all flour and egg is mixed add milk and mix.
- Scoop the batter place in cupcake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees till they brown.
- Let them cool before icing them.
Moist vanilla cake and sweet buttercream frosting perfect for birthdays! Frosted cupcakes can sit out at room temperature overnight in an airtight container, but I find frosting them right before serving is best. Place the buttercream in a piping bag fit with your favorite frosting tip, and pipe large swirls onto the fully cooled cupcakes. Coffee cupcakes…now that's a horse of a different color!
