Reserve half a cup of the fruit mixture to sprinkle on top of each cupcake. Pour into cupcake pan. I filled them a little less than half way. Sprinkle fruit mixture and you're ready to bake! Bake at 180 for 15 minutes. For cakes, grease your pan, pour batter and bake at 180 for 35 minutes. Keep checking for doneness at the 30 minute mark..
  7. They turned out well! Very moist! The fruits really make this recipe special. Decorate the cupcakes as desired. I used a simple vanilla frosting and added sprinkles to make it festive!.
